What is a token?

Your usage credit: 1 token = $1 of usage. Calls, website chats, and texts all draw from the same wallet, and every interaction stores its exact cost breakdown so you can see what each conversation cost in your dashboard.

How much does pay-as-you-go cost?

There's no monthly fee. Tokens are $1.00 each and usage is billed at the provider's real cost — no markup. A small orchestration fee of $0.03 per voice-minute / $0.003 per message covers call routing, the real-time runtime, logs, and analytics.

Do I need a credit card to try it?

No. Every new account starts with $5 in free credits — enough to build an agent, talk to it, and make real test calls. Add tokens only when you're ready to go live.

Are there any monthly fees or contracts?

No. There's no subscription, no seat fees, and no commitment — you just keep tokens in your wallet and spend them as you use the platform. Need a high-volume deal? Reach out and we'll set up custom enterprise pricing.

How many agents and phone numbers do I get?

Unlimited AI agents on every account — build as many as you want. Each account includes one phone number for testing, and you can add more anytime; you just pay the telephony usage for calls.

Do unused tokens expire?

Never. Tokens you purchase stay in your wallet until you use them — they don't expire and there's nothing to reset each month.

Can I turn features on or off?

Yes. White-label branding, GDPR mode, and the client portal are self-serve toggles in Settings → Features. Turn on only what you need; anything off is hidden from your dashboard. Everything is included — you only ever pay for usage.

Can I use my own provider API keys?

Yes — bring your own keys (BYOK) for OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, and more. You pay those providers directly and spend no tokens; only the orchestration fee applies.

Which channels can one agent handle?

Phone calls, your website's chat widget, and SMS. It's one agent with one knowledge base and one wallet across every channel — teach it something once and it answers everywhere.

Can the agent actually book appointments?

Yes. Connect Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, or Apple Calendar, and the agent checks live availability and creates the event while the caller is still on the line.
