Pre-configured agent starting points for 10 industries — browse, apply, and customize.

What templates are

Agent Templates are pre-configured agent starting points built for specific industries. Each template ships with a ready-to-use system prompt, recommended model and voice settings, and suggested tools — so you can launch a working agent in seconds instead of starting from a blank prompt.

Tip · Templates are a starting point, not a finished product. After applying one, customize the system prompt, voice, tools, and knowledge to match your specific business.

Browsing templates

Go to /dashboard/templates. The page has two tabs:

  • My Templates — templates you have saved privately from your own agents.
  • Community Templates — public templates shared by the platform and other users.

Templates are organized into 10 industry categories: Restaurant, Healthcare, Beauty / Salon, Real Estate, E-commerce, Legal / Finance, Education, Home Services, General Business, and Hospitality. Filter by category using the pills at the top of the gallery.

Applying a template

  1. Find a template in the gallery and click Use template.
  2. A new agent is created pre-filled with the template's settings — prompt, model, voice, and suggested tools.
  3. Review and customize the agent in the agent builder before publishing.

Saving your own template

You can save any of your agents as a template to reuse later or share with the community.

  1. Open any agent in the agent builder.
  2. Click the ··· menu in the builder header.
  3. Select Save as template.
  4. Give it a name, category, and a short description. Choose visibility: Private (only you can see it) or Public (appears in Community Templates for everyone).
