A map of the dashboard — what lives where, so you never have to hunt.
Dashboard layout
The left sidebar is grouped into Build, Resources, Test & Monitor, and Account. Here's what each item is for:
Build
- Agent Builder — create and configure a phone (voice) agent.
- Workflow Call — build a structured, node-based call flow.
- Website — build the chat agent for your site's embed widget.
- Text — build an SMS / text agent.
Resources
- Phone Numbers — buy and assign numbers to agents.
- Knowledge — knowledge bases your agents answer from.
- Clients — the white-label client portal (visible only when the Client portal feature is on).
- Tools — custom tools/actions agents can call.
- Integrations — connect Google/Microsoft/Apple Calendar, Stripe, Shopify, CRMs, and bring-your-own provider keys (BYOK).
Test & Monitor
- Testing — run test cases against an agent.
- Logs — every call and chat with transcripts and recordings.
- Analytics — usage, cost, and provider breakdowns.
Account
- Billing — token wallet, top-ups, auto top-up, usage breakdown, and the orchestration-fee rates. Enterprise contact is here too.
- Profile & Security — your login, password, and account details.
- Settings — business info, API keys, Features, and Privacy (below).
Features & Privacy (in Settings)
Open Settings to find two important sections:
- Features — self-serve toggles for White-label branding, GDPR & compliance, and the Client portal. Anything turned off is hidden from your dashboard. Reload the page after toggling to update the nav.
- Privacy & data — always available: call-recording retention, the data-protection measures that are always on, and a data export (download as PDF, TXT, or JSON) plus a tracked deletion request.
Tip · Everything is included — features are free to switch on; you only ever pay for usage.
