Semantic Search on Call Logs
Search call transcripts by meaning, not just keywords.
What it is
Semantic search lets you find call transcripts by the meaning of what was said, not just exact keyword matches. You can search for concepts, intent, or phrases that are related to what you're looking for — even if those exact words never appeared in the conversation.
- Searching "angry customer about billing" finds calls where a customer expressed frustration over charges, even if the words "angry" or "billing" weren't said verbatim.
- Searching "appointment rescheduled" finds calls where a booking was moved, regardless of which synonym was used.
How to use it
- Go to /dashboard/logs.
- Type your search query in the search bar at the top of the page.
- Results are ranked by semantic relevance across all stored transcripts.
Semantic search works across all channels: voice calls, website chat, and SMS.
Note · Search is powered by vector embeddings generated after each conversation completes. There is no delay in using it — all completed calls are searchable automatically.
