Subscriptions

Create and share Stripe subscription plans for your agency clients.

How it works

Subscriptions lets you create a Stripe product + recurring price on YOUR Stripe account and generate a payment link to share with your client. When the client pays, the money goes directly to your Stripe account — CustomWeb Agents is not involved in the money flow.

Important · This feature requires White Labeling to be enabled and your own Stripe secret key connected under Integrations → Payments → Stripe Billing.

Setup

  1. Enable White Labeling in Settings → Features.
  2. Go to Integrations → Payments → Stripe Billing and paste your Stripe secret key (sk_live_... from dashboard.stripe.com → Developers → API keys).
  3. Navigate to Subscriptions in the sidebar.
  4. Click New Plan, enter a name, monthly or annual amount, and create it.
  5. Copy the generated payment link and share it with your client.

Client payment flow

The client opens your payment link → enters their card on Stripe's hosted page → subscribes. Stripe sends recurring charges to your account. You manage the subscription from your Stripe dashboard.

Note · Stripe may require payment links to be enabled on your account. If plan creation fails, check your Stripe dashboard under Products to confirm payment links are available.
