White Labeling

Go to Dashboard → Settings → Features card → toggle White Labeling on. Reload the page — the White Labeling section appears in the sidebar with Client Portals and Subscriptions.

• Client Portals — each client gets their own branded knowledge portal to manage their own KB documents.
• Client calendars — each client connects their own Google or Outlook calendar, so their agent books into their calendar and not yours. See Client Calendars.
• Subscriptions — create subscription plans for your clients backed by your Stripe account.
• Custom branding — set your own logo and accent color (Settings → White-Label Branding).

Each client is a Client Portal (Dashboard → White Labeling → Client Portals). One portal holds that client's branding, their knowledge documents, their portal logins, their usage cap, their billing details, and their calendar connection.

You link agents to a client from that client's panel. That link is what tells an agent which client it works for — it's how bookings find the right calendar, so keep it to one client per agent.
